Prices
All prices are in US Dollars.
Your total shown in our shopping cart is in US Dollars and your Credit Card
account will be charged that amount in US Dollars. The charge is automatically
converted to your currency, so your Credit Card statement will show the charge
respectively adjusted to your currency. Prices are subject to change without
notice.
Minimum
order: $16 before shipping.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping with $80 or bigger order. If combined
order less than $80 shipping is only $6.95.
Shipping rates are for USA and Canada via Air Mail Service for parcels under
2 lb. (usually delivered in 4-5 business days).
Your order will
be shipped the same or following business day. If you are in US or Canada you
should receive it in 6 to 10 business days. For overseas orders Post Office
does not guarantee delivery faster than 2 weeks but most of our overseas shipments
are reaching the destination in 5 -7 business days.
For orders shipped outside USA or Canada, please e-mail to sales@herbs4cure.com
with list and quantities of products that you would like to purchase. We'll
send you the price of shipping and instructions how to pay for your order.
Privacy Policy

pledge that the information you enter will not be shared with any outside party
without your expressed consent ( does not include fraud cases ) and that any
emails you receive from Herbs4cure.com will be related to your
order.
2. You can be assured
that your personal information will be kept confidential. We do not sell, trade,
rent, or share your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any other
specific personal information.
Security
1. You will never pay charges made to your card through unauthorized parties.

To protect you from catastrophic losses, under the Fair Credit Billing Act,
your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 (most of banks will NOT charge
you at all) of fraudulent charges that are not the result of negligence or fraud
on your part.
3 . PayPal.com Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software
available today for secure online commerce transactions. It encrypts all of
your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address,
so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. PayPal.com
does not allow any transactions that do not occur on a Secure connection.
5. For security reasons
card numbers are transmitted directly to the banking network for authorization.
Herbs4cure.com do not record your card number anywhere.
Return Policy
We will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping or refund your original
purchase price for that item when we receive your damaged products back to us.
If the products are in original package and were not used and you want
to return them for any reason - you can send them back to us for a refund
within 3 weeks of your purchase. Returns for a refund are subject to a
15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Shipping
fees are not refundable. Also if your order was over $80.00 US and we
paid for shipping of your package that shipping charge will be deducted
from your refund.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a money-back return
policy for the products that were used.
Duties
International customers from outside of North America will be responsible
for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its
destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for information
about any duty and taxes that may be added.
Limitation
on Liability:
In no event shall Herbs4cure.com be liable for any direct,
indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages,
or any damages whatsoever, even if we have been previously advised of the possibility
of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other
theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance
of the information services, products and materials available from this site.
These limitation shall apply not withstanding any failure of essential purpose
of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability
for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply
to you.
