All prices are in US Dollars.
Your total shown in our shopping cart is in US Dollars and your Credit Card account will be charged that amount in US Dollars. The charge is automatically converted to your currency, so your Credit Card statement will show the charge respectively adjusted to your currency. Prices are subject to change without notice.

$16 before shipping fee.

Shipping Policy
Free shipping with $80 or bigger order. If combined order less than $80 shipping is only $6.95 to USA or to Canada. For shipping quote to other countries please email: a) what is your country, b) desired product(s) name(s) c) the product(s) quantity. We’ll response to you with shipping quote and appropriate payment method instruction.
US Army and Navy personnel - please order using your APO or other military address. We'll be happy to serve you.

Shipping rates are for USA and Canada via Air Mail Service for parcels under 2 lb. (usually delivered in 4-5 business days).

Your order will be shipped the same or following business day. If you are in US or Canada you should receive it in 5 to 10 business days (for orders heavier than 2lb). For overseas orders Post Office does not guarantee delivery faster than 2 weeks but most of our overseas shipments are reaching the destination in 5 - 7 business days.

For orders shipped outside USA or Canada, please contact us with list and quantities of products that you would like to purchase. We'll send you the price of shipping and instructions how to pay for your order.

Privacy Policy
1. Herbs4cure.com pledge that the information you enter will not be shared with any outside party without your expressed consent ( does not include fraud cases ) and that any emails you receive from Herbs4cure.com will be related to your order.

2. You can be assured that your personal information will be kept confidential. We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any other specific personal information.

Security
1. You will never pay charges made to your card through unauthorized parties.

2. To protect you from catastrophic losses, under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 (most of banks will NOT charge you at all) of fraudulent charges that are not the result of negligence or fraud on your part.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. PayPal.com does not allow any transactions that do not occur on a Secure connection.

When you on credit card processing page, you may check secure connection by seeing https:// (‘s’ means secure encrypted connection) in your browser. Also you may look for the image of locked padlock in your browser on credit card processing page.

Return Policy
We will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping or refund your original purchase price for that item when we receive your damaged products back to us.
If the products are in original package and were not used and you want to return them for any reason - you can send them back to us for a refund within 3 weeks of your purchase. Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. Also if your order was over $80.00 US and we paid for shipping of your package that shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not offer a money-back return policy for the products that were used.

Duties
International customers from outside of North America will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for information about any duty and taxes that may be added. Please also check if the product(s) you ordering allowed to be imported to your country. We can not be responsible for your country customs rules and regulations.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Herbs4cure.com be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever, even if we have been previously advised of the possibility of such damages, whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, arising out of or in connection with the use, inability to use, or performance of the information services, products and materials available from this site. These limitation shall apply not withstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.
