Q. Why use herbal remedies instead of medical
drugs?
A. Herbs are safer to use, non-addictive, have little to no side effects,
there is no poisoning of the body with chemicals and toxins. They work
slowly but the results last longer than with chemical drugs. Herbal antibiotics
do not create mutant strains of bacteria. Also, they do not cost a
fortune!
Q. What is your products quality? Do they contain heavy metals, pesticides,
herbicides, or other harmful chemicals?
A. We sell only the most effective and highest quality products available,
from the best certified manufacturers. Some of our products are produced
in the USA, Canada and Japan, according to the highest quality standards
adopted in those countries. Other products are imported from certified,
(by the Canadian or US health authorities) manufacturers in China, Hong Kong,
Taiwan and Singapore. All manufacturers and their products are certified
and meet quality requirements set by the US and Canadian governments.
Q.
Why do some herbal products require 6 or more pills each time?
A. Herbs have a larger volume than chemical drugs – they are not artificially
concentrated. Herbal pills are usually small - for easy swallowing
and for faster absorption. For some herbal pills 1 bottle is not enough.
Please order the proper amount of desired pills. Read the full description
of the product to determine the required quantity.
Q. How long does it take
to see positive results?
A. Some products work in a few days; others take 2 or 3 weeks. For
some health problems or in some severe cases, it may take up to 2-3
months to see positive results. Generally, herbal products work slowly
but results are more sustained and last longer than with chemical drugs.
Please, read the description of a particular product for the duration
of treatment, to order an appropriate quantity.
Q. Does the product treat
my particular condition?
A. Unfortunately we cannot give you medical advice. Please, read the
description of our products, ask your doctor or herbalist, or use your
own judgment to decide if the product is right for you. Generally it
is a good idea to try the product, “listen to your body” and
monitor positive changes. Herbal products are safer than chemical drugs.
However, if you experience negative effects after taking a product
or just feel that a product does not work for you please, stop taking it.
You may return unopened packets to us for a refund. Please read our policies
for details.
Q. Do you ship to my country? I live outside of North America, how
can I order?
A. Yes! We ship worldwide. However, if you live outside of North America,
you have to email us before ordering. Please, include in your email:
a) your country name, b) desired product(s) name(s) c) product(s) quantity.
We’ll
respond to you with a shipping quote and payment instructions.
US Military personnel - please order using your APO or other military
address. We'll be happy to serve you.
Q. Do you offer discounts to health
care professionals or on large orders?
A. Yes! Please email us with product names and quantities you are interested
in, for price and shipping quote. You’ll get a discount on orders over
$200. Also, we offer free shipping on orders over $80 to the USA and
Canada.
Q. Is it safe to pay online?
A. Absolutely! We process your credit card information at the highest
level of encryption via SSL connection. When you go to the credit card
processing page, you will see a secure connection: https:// (‘s’ means
secure encrypted connection) in your browser. Also you may look for the locked
padlock image in your browser on the credit card processing page.
When you pay thru PayPal you enjoy the same level of security and your
credit card information is hidden from us. Furthermore, on PayPal you
may pay with your credit card or use your checking account. (Your checking
account must be in a US bank and it usually takes 4-6 business days
to clear your payment).

Q. I do not want to use my credit card (I do not have a credit
card), can I order your products?
A. Yes! If you live in the USA or Canada, you may pay by check, bank
draft or money order.
Please use prices on our web site and add $6.95 for shipping if your
order is less than $80. Make your check/money order payable to Herbs4cure.com.
Please send us a clearly printed list of products and quantities, your
name and shipping address, and your check/money order. We accept checks
and money orders from the USA or Canada only. For overseas orders please
see “Do
you ship to my country?” question above.
Q. I can’t
order on your web site, something is wrong with it.
A. Our web site works fine. Our shopping cart software requires that
your browser allows “scripts” and “cookies”. Please
change your browser options (usually they are in the “Tools” menu).
Also, you may call us during business hours at 360-283-5272 to order
by phone or order by mail (read the instructions above).
Q. How long
will it take to get my order?
A. We ship your order on the same or next business day from our warehouses
in the USA or Canada. Usually it takes 4-6 business days to be delivered
anywhere in continental North America (some orders may take up to 10
business days). Overseas delivery usually takes up to 10 business days.
If you need to get your order faster, please contact us with your address,
product names and quantities for a quote on additional shipping fees.
Q.
I emailed you but never got an answer. I did not get any confirmation
of my order and shipment.
A. We respond to all emails as quickly as possible. Our customers get
an order confirmation email immediately after placing an order. We
send a shipping confirmation email after we ship the order (usually
the next business day). Please make sure you entered your email correctly.
A common reason for - no email from us - is that it was filtered by
email spam filters. Please, check your "Bulk" or "Spam" folder.
Then add our email to your email address book or "white list",
otherwise our shipment confirmation email may be filtered into the "Bulk" or "Spam" folder.
